En atención a la decisión adoptada por la accionante respecto a la autoridad judicial que escogió para que tramitara su petición de amparo, se dispone enviar el expediente al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Sección Cuarta, Subsección B, para que de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones asuma su conocimiento y profiera la decisión de fondo que corresponda.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS la decisión del veinticuatro (24) de febrero de dos mil diecisiete (2017) adoptada por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, mediante la cual resolvió que era competencia de los Juzgados Civiles del Circuito de Distrito Judicial de Bogotá conocer dicha acción de tutela.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC 2815 a la Sección Cuarta- Subsección B- del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, para que asuma de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones el conocimiento del asunto de la referencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR al Juzgado Veintinueve Civil del Circuito de Bogotá y a las partes, la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
